Brian Beaulaurier - Lead Forester, UAV Pilot, & Owner
Brian specializes in conservation forestry, timberland management, and forest management plan development. A second-generation forester, Brian enjoys balancing traditional forestry practices with staying on the cutting edge of forestry science through continuing education and professional cooperatives, such as the Mt. Adams Prescribed Burn Association and the Eastern Cascade Oak Partnership. Brian is also a United States Coast Guard veteran and avid Lyle Fire Department volunteer. When not working in the woods, Brian can be found kiteboarding, hiking to a fire lookout, or rafting remote rivers with his wife and dog.
Lisa Berranek - Project Manager
With two decades of natural resource management experience, Lisa brings an eye for detail, an appreciation for data integrity, and a penchant for solution-seeking to the team. Coupled with a Bachelor of Science degree in natural resource management, her professional experience includes a breadth of laboratory and field assignments that give her a unique perspective to benefit our projects (e.g. native plant inventories, anadromous fish surveying, riparian restoration, and native plant propagation and monitoring). When not working, Lisa can be found on her bike, cross-country skiing, or tending her chickens in the garden.
Mason Schroller - Forester & UAV Pilot
As a former pharmacy technician, Mason combines his forestry degree with his eye for detail and his interest in evolving technology to focus on modern forestry, implementing GIS, drone technology and other advancements with conventional practices. An avid birder, fly angler, and outdoor enthusiast, Mason can be found spending quality time outside of work with his family, kayaking, brewing beer and capturing nature scenes while polishing his photography skills. Mason is a Part 107 UAV pilot.
Jason Pinkerton - Forester
As a community college faculty instructor in an SAF-accredited Natural Resources Technology program for the past two decades, Jason draws on his Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management and his Master of Science in Forestry Science to compliment his on-going educational pursuits while teaching the next generation fundamental field skills necessary to be competitive in the workplace. A California licensed forester with background in fire suppression, park and trail management, timber inventory, and GIS, Jason can be found logging miles on his road bike in his spare time.
